Flat Rate Postage is $15.95 charged per order to be delivered within Australia.
All orders are shipped so that they will arrive by the end of the work week (ie. Generally sent on a Monday or Tuesday) so that they don’t sit over the weekend in a non-air conditioned warehouse. If your order cannot be delivered within the week that it was ordered, we will ship it on the following Monday.
Signature on Delivery
A signature on delivery is required for all deliveries, unless you advise otherwise in the Shipping Instructions section in checkout. The sender assumes all risk involved when providing authority to leave.
In the event that the recipient is not home when the delivery takes place, a card will be left with instructions on how the order can be collected.
You should not provide authority to leave in warmer months or at location where the parcel is visible from the street.
We use Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery company chosen, your location and weather conditions. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can determine if is is possible prior to ordering.
Delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect delivery timelines. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect address provided to us or other circumstances beyond our control.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy
Please note that during periods of extreme heat we will hold your order and notify you by email when it will be despatched.
We go to great measures to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in perfect condition. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate in transit to warmer climates, we use insulated packaging and gel packs to protect the chocolates. It can get very hot in the back of a delivery truck!

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct address details and ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
We are not able to redeliver parcels that have been left for collection, or if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
